Home Inspection Service Overview
Prolook Inspections strictly follows the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) Standards of Practice, ensuring a consistent and professional evaluation for every client. As your inspector, our role is to conduct a visual, non-invasive examination of the property's major systems and components to identify visible deficiencies. This inspection is a snapshot of the home's condition at the time of the visit and is not intended to serve as a code compliance audit or a future warranty.
What Is Covered in Your TREC Inspection
Our professional home inspection is a visual, non-invasive process focused on accessible and safely reachable areas to ensure the major systems and components of your home are evaluated against the current TREC Standards of Practice.
The TREC SOP is the minium standard for inspectors, but we rutinely go above and beyond these standards to give our clients the best bang for their buck!
