WHAT'S IN THE REPORT?

Conditions that adversely and materially affects the performance of a system, or component; or constitutes a hazard to life, limb, or property as specified by the TREC standards of practice.

You and your Realtor will be emailed the report within 24 hours of the inspection, but usually the same day/evening of the inspection.

Included with the TREC 7-6 official inspection report is also a summary only report, a summary report with pictures, and a web presentation.

Our reports are detailed, (40-60 pages on average, hence the summary reports mentioned above) this is because we include multiple digital pictures showing the deficiencies as we see them at the time of the inspection. Most of the time the pictures tell the story, so even if you cannot attend the inspection, you'll get the picture.
